About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Officer to join our team in Moorabbin, Australia.

  • Validate and reconcile carrier invoices and rates against contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Be responsible for major customer portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely charges.
  • Lodge claims with Carriers and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices received and processed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
