About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Officer to join our team at Gippsland Water. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing planning permits referrals, processing connection and developer works applications, and making impactful decisions that align with industry standards, legal frameworks, and our internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess planning permits referrals and process connection and developer works applications
- Make decisions that align with industry standards, legal frameworks, and internal policies
- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the team's success
- Train, provide guidance, and mentor others
- Provide complex information to a diverse range of audiences
