Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead complex operational readiness activities. This role requires expert advice and the ability to manage planning and delivery during the detailed design and contract delivery stages.
You will coordinate strategies and methodologies to deliver fit-for-purpose assets seamlessly to operations while maintaining service levels. Your primary goal will be to integrate teams across the organization to manage asset transition activities of large-scale projects.
The successful candidate will provide advice and support to projects in accordance with established corporate guidelines for project management and asset requirements.
About This Role
- Lead complex operational readiness activities
- Manage planning and delivery during detailed design and contract delivery stages
- Coordinate strategies and methodologies to deliver fit-for-purpose assets

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree level qualification in a relevant discipline
- Substantial experience in a similar role with a large complex water and wastewater project
- Strong knowledge associated with complex treatment and new water sources projects
- Capability to collaborate across organizational boundaries to influence and drive large-scale project outcomes
