Non-VR General Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Non-VR General Practitioner to join our team at Trust Medical Recruitment. The successful candidate will be working on a refer and request basis for an Aged Care GP Program, providing high-quality medical care to residents in aged care facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical services to residents in aged care facilities through a combination of face-to-face consultations and virtual care.
- Conduct regular routine consultations to monitor residents' health and prevent hospitalizations.
- Coordinate care to ensure residents receive the right care in the right place at the right time.
- Work collaboratively with a team of doctors, nurses, geriatricians, carers, and allied health professionals to support the health care needs of residents.
- Vocational or General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Full Australian work rights.
- Experience in Emergency Department (ED) and/or General Practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A collaborative care model that prioritizes the health and well-being of residents.
- A bulk-billed service model that ensures affordable access to healthcare.
- A seamless and simple booking system that facilitates easy access to medical services.
- Secure data access and video conferencing capabilities that enable remote consultations.
