Job Title: Exercise Physiologist

 

Role Overview

At Guardian Rehabilitation, we're seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our team in North Tasmania. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' recovery journeys.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Hero: Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Data Dynamo: Track patient progress and outcomes, preparing detailed reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Referrer Engagement: Regularly meet with established referral networks to strengthen existing relationships.
  • Collaborator: Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless operations and stellar patient care.

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Membership with ESSA as an AEP at the commencement of the position.
  • Industry experience across multiple sectors (highly advantageous).
  • An unwavering level of service provided to all customers/stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license.
