About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fashion Creative Artist. Reporting to the Merchandise Manager and working closely with the Product team, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts for product ranges, developing trend direction booklets and designing artworks, key new shapes and concepts for development.
Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts for product ranges, ensuring alignment with seasonal and monthly trends.
- Develop trend direction booklets at the beginning of each season, highlighting key styles and colours.
- Design artworks, key new shapes and concepts for development, using Mac, In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Liaise with Product Team on artwork, layout dimensions and Pantones, to ensure cohesive ranges across categories.
- Produce CADs of the monthly product range to assist with the Product sign off and approval process.
- Establish monthly colour palettes, working with the Merchandise Manager to ensure consistency across the product teams.
- Oversee the Junior Designer to design product labelling when required, in line with Dotti branding.
- Assist VM and Marketing teams when briefing creative agencies, to ensure effective communication strategies.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in graphic design, with a natural creative flair and excellent communication skills. You will also possess outstanding attention to detail and time management skills. With a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
