Job Overview

This role will play a key part in our Transition to Work program in the Brisbane South East region, working closely with employers to design suitable job opportunities and effectively match young people with the right employment opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about what they do and understand that our young people are at the heart of everything we do. They will have extensive knowledge of youth employment issues, including challenges to employment and strategies to overcome them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with employers to design suitable job opportunities and match young people with the right employment opportunities
  • Develop employer-focused strategies to place disadvantaged young people into sustainable employment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance our brand presence and make a significant impact within the Transition to Work Program
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of youth employment issues, including challenges to employment and strategies to overcome them
  • The drive to meet KPIs and make a positive impact on the lives of young people
  • Strong administrative skills, computer literacy and attention to detail
  • Confidence in problem-solving and navigating challenges with an outcomes-focused approach
  • A full Australian Driver's Licence

Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
