Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Key responsibilities- Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in delivering expert guidance and continuous enhancements across all finance systems.
- Develop business insights and prepare monthly management account reporting, as well as assist with the preparation and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Identify finance systems improvements in consultation with the FP&A and FA&C teams and Commercial Managers.
- Provide support on a range of business systems projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, automation, and improve customer experience.
- Act as the business application owner responsible for the effective operations of the finance applications.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Finance or Accounting role, with prior experience in an Accounting, FP&A, FP&A Analyst, or Applications Support Analyst position ideal.
- CPA/CA qualifications or formally being undertaken is desirable.
- Experience managing and improving Practice Management systems, with a working knowledge of finance system integration and automation.
- Immediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, business judgement, and excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
