Digital Test Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Test Lead to oversee both functional and non-functional testing processes within a programmatic framework. The ideal candidate will have minimum 4 years of experience in testing management or lead roles, with proficiency in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop test plans, review test cases, track new requirements, escalate issues, assign tasks, and provide testing support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in testing management or lead roles
    • Proficiency in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
    • Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies
    • Knowledge of test design techniques, script development, defect logging, and retesting
    • Strong ability to collaborate with IT teams and external partners
    • Experience in various testing types: Functional, System, Integration, Regression, Operational, and Performance
  • Desirable Attributes:

    • ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent
