We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consulting professional to join our team as a Strategic Supply Chain Transformation Specialist. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage in dynamic and impactful transformational projects with Australia's leading organisations, enhancing your consulting and technical expertise.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives that drive improvements across operations, planning, and logistics.
  • Analyse complex supply chain data to identify trends, resolve issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Design and optimise warehouse operations, transportation networks, or supply chain planning processes.
  • Deliver clear and compelling presentations and reports to clients, communicating insights and strategies effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of hands-on supply chain experience, with expertise in at least one area (e.g., strategy, warehouse operations/design, transportation, or planning).
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify and investigate anomalies, understand trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for analysis and strong communication skills in MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to simplify and explain complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, understand practical business needs, and collaborate effectively within teams.
