About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Geospatial Geologist Expert to join our team at Stantec. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled geotechnical engineer or scientist with experience in commercial consulting or engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in geotechnical engineering and engineering geology, supporting project managers and group managers in delivering high-quality projects that meet client expectations.
  • Conduct site surveys, field investigations, and feasibility studies to inform proposed projects and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional communication and service throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Geotechnical Engineering or Science degree with a focus on Geology (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years' professional experience in a commercial consulting or engineering environment.
  • Solid foundation of technical knowledge on standard processes and procedures in relevant technical fields.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: $75,000 - $90,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
