Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused individual to join our team as a Court Services Coordinator. This role operates within a small Registry team, requiring flexibility and adaptability. The Registry provides service to all court clients and supports Judges, Registrars, and their staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide information and advice on court services, procedures, and forms.
  • Progress cases by providing administrative services in accordance with court processes.
  • Assist in managing complex cases through the case management system.
  • Identify issues and contribute to problem resolution.
  • Schedule and prioritize matters for hearing and intervention.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve cases.
  • Cross-train employees, identify training needs, and provide quality assurance.
  • Collate, analyze, and produce reports as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A demonstrated record of success in client-facing roles with commitment to client-focused services.
  • Working knowledge or capability to acquire sound working knowledge of court procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Effective organizational skills with ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work well in a team, act with integrity, use initiative, and work unsupervised as required.
  • Capacity to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with strong interpersonal skills.
