Job Description
The IT Customer Support Officer provides critical support to Transport employees, ensuring they have access to the information and resources they need to perform their jobs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
