Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised customer service administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and patient schedules while maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all information is up-to-date.

Additionally, the customer service administrator will assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing as well as utilise their expertise in allied health to facilitate efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and patient schedules.
  2. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  3. Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  4. Utilise expertise in allied health to facilitate efficient service delivery.
  5. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve organisational goals and uphold service excellence standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in administration within the allied health or medical sector is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is critical.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, particularly medical/health software, is advantageous.
