Drive Business Growth as a Mobile Lending Professional

Description: As a mobile lending manager, you will drive consumer lending acquisition through new business development and established referral sources. You will connect with customers in various locations, including their homes, branches, or food courts.
This Role Offers: A true work/life balance with achievable key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be working across the Mt Gambier, Millicent, and Port MacDonnell districts, aligned to our community bank. The key experience we're looking for is business development: engaging with the community, generating leads and referral networks, and converting these into sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A history of successfully prospecting for new business.
- Self-generating business metrics and implementing strategies that achieve continued growth and KPIs.
- An understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to tailor practical solutions to meet customer needs.
