We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to address complex healthcare needs and optimize patient outcomes.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and committed to ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and empathy to patients and their families, promoting a positive and respectful care environment.
- Degree in Nursing or relevant healthcare field.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
