Role Overview
This role is pivotal in driving Sulzer's continued growth and upholding its commitment to exceptional client satisfaction, reporting directly to the Head of Sales Services Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans for the allocated territory, ensuring every initiative is measurable, impactful, and aligned with ambitious growth targets.
- Collaborate with a talented sales team to achieve – and exceed – annual budget goals, coordinating and managing activities, including strategic visit plans.
- Foster a culture of aggressive goal achievement and innovation to consistently deliver on promises, driving volume growth and ensuring timely and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes for precise and effective forecasting.
About You
You're a dynamic, self-driven professional who thrives on taking ownership of your role and consistently delivering outstanding results, with exceptional time management skills, effectively juggling multiple priorities while keeping your eye on the prize – driving meaningful outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Solid experience from within Electric Motor Services.
- Succesfully implemented sales strategies and have a deep understanding of the Mining, Oil and Gas, or Power Utility sectors and their unique market dynamics.
- Comfortable with financials, including budget management and forecasting.
