Job Opportunity

As an Allied Health Assistant in Residential Aged Care, you will play a vital role in supporting older individuals to maintain their independence, stay active, and remain connected to their communities.

  • Assist with mobility and functional programs to promote residents' well-being
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff to deliver resident-centred support
  • Facilitate falls prevention and active ageing group sessions to enhance residents' quality of life
  • Support restorative therapy and pressure care management plans to promote optimal care outcomes

Requirements

Qualified Allied Health Assistants (Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance) or current Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy students seeking hands-on experience in aged care are encouraged to apply.

Australian working rights, willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check, and a current driver's licence are required for this role.
