As a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist in Emergency Department Operations and Data Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence and operational performance within the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing advanced clinical expertise and leadership focused on Emergency Department models of care and operational processes.
- Analyzing ED performance, activity, and quality metrics to support continuous service improvement and meet Key Performance Indicators.
- Overseeing the data optimization team to ensure accuracy in ED data reporting, diagnosis coding, and Activity Based Funding (ABF) optimization using tools like ieMR (FirstNet).
- You possess comprehensive knowledge of Emergency Department clinical models, operational workflows, and performance measurement.
- Proficiency with ieMR (FirstNet), relevant databases, and reporting tools for data extraction, analysis, and funding optimization is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive data quality improvements aligned with clinical and financial objectives.
