Support Coordinator Role

This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for helping people living with disabilities and implementing NDIS Plans.

You will be responsible for coordinating services and supports for participants, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with their plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement NDIS Plans for participants
  • Complete administrative tasks to the required standard
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the disability sector
  • Promote support coordination services under the NDIS
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Empathy and care for people living with disabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A current driver's license and willingness to travel to clients where required
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working as an NDIS Support Coordinator
  • Allied Health qualifications or a minimum Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or similar
