Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Service Management (ITIL) – ITIL foundational certification.
  • Intermediate level of monitoring experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in supporting APIs, Appian, and OpenFin.
  • Foundational skills in UX at an introductory level.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience.
