The Role

This is an opportunity to join our Port Lincoln retail store team, reporting to the Store Manager. You will be a key member, assisting customers with various queries and sales relating to a wide range of home improvement products.

The successful applicant will ideally be able to work on a rotating roster across Monday-Saturday each week, equating to approximately 30-38 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Face-to-face and telephone customer service and sales
  • Assist customers to find innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations
  • Maintain store stock levels and general housekeeping, involving manual handling to shift stock when required
  • Engage in regular product and sales training to confidently assist customers with product queries
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
About You
  • Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
  • A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience within a retail and/or building industry preferred
  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work Saturday's
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 based on the location and industry standards.
