The Drill Support position reports to the Drill Supervisor and ensures that Drilling & Ancillary equipment operates within a safe, effective, and efficient manner to meet operational requirements. This permanent role comes with an 8/6 (dayshift) roster based at our Pilgangoora Operation.

• This role requires supporting the Drilling Supervisor in achieving targeted outcomes safely and timely.
• You will contribute to a positive workplace culture that reflects our values and goals.
• Maintain occupational health and safety standards relevant to operations.
• Evaluate and consider occupational health and safety issues in all aspects of duties performed.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies, and coordinate deliveries to ensure uninterrupted drilling operations.
• Operate Drilling/Ancillary equipment within the shift or assist Blast crew when required.

About You:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience operating drilling and blasting equipment in a large open pit mining operation.
• You must be self-motivated and disciplined.
• Flexibility is also essential.
• Sound communication skills and competent in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• An HR license is also required.
