Senior Contract Coordinator

This is a senior contract coordination role within a reputable civil construction business based in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing post-award contractual aspects of mining-related civil projects in Western Australia.

About the Role
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements with precision to optimize project outcomes.
  • Support the procurement process for key plant, materials, and equipment to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assess subcontractor variations, manage progress claims, and EOTs, delay notices, bank guarantees, and certificates to maintain project momentum.
  • Undertake cost forecasting, tracking & budgeting, negotiations, and dispute resolution to mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar, with approximately 5-10 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in the civil/structural/marine sector in Australia. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
