Job Description

We are seeking volunteers to assist in our shop, helping us to raise vital funds for vulnerable people across Australia. As a volunteer, you'll play a vital role in:

  • Welcoming and engaging customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Processing transactions through point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments.
  • Sorting and pricing donations, ensuring they are presented in an attractive manner.
  • Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers, showcasing our unique items.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to all shop processes.

  • You must be at least 15 years of age (16 in QLD).
  • You'll need to complete a National Police check (paid for by us).
  • You'll also be required to complete an Induction into our organisation and Retail program.
