Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant recognised qualification must be held or underway.
  • Important qualifications include trauma-informed care, primary residential care, responsible behaviour, and working with children and young people with complex trauma and attachment issues and needs.
