Heavy Duty Vacuum Truck Driver

About the Role:

We require a Heavy Duty Vacuum Truck Driver to work in our construction camp on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This position is crucial for maintaining site safety and environmental standards, supporting excavation and cleanup operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Heavy Duty Vacuum Truck safely to conduct excavation, cleanup, and disposal of waste materials.
  • Conduct pre-start checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Collaborate closely with site teams to plan and execute safe excavation operations.
  • Accurately record material removed and submit reports on completed tasks.
  • Adhere to all environmental and safety regulations to minimize project impact.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Heavy Duty Vacuum Truck Driver in the construction or mining sectors.
  • Valid Heavy Duty Vehicle Operator certification and HR driver's license.
  • Strong commitment to safety and environmental practices.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team.
