The estimated annual salary for this role is between $400,000 and $600,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Wavelength. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will provide psychiatric services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with a diverse range of patients and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practice guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP), or close to achieving FRANZCP
