Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at GrainCorp. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical ability, knowledge of manufacturing systems and logistics, and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work as part of a team, manage your time effectively, and identify and solve problems.

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including AGV's and work on improvements
  • Assist with daily truck load planning and prepare loads
  • Manage and fix errors in SAP, and coordinate with Planning/Customer service
  • Work with manufacturing regarding errors in data
  • Meet DIFOT (Delivered In Full On Time) targets

Your Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role. Other key skills and experiences we value highly include:

  • Demonstrated technical ability
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing systems and logistics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Software and systems knowledge – SAP (Scan to truck errors, SOH reporting etc.), Planning tools, NDC, CWay, and any other software or systems technology processes.
