Job Description

This role is a permanent full-time position that requires an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising processes, managing logistics, and driving operational excellence while ensuring compliance and cost control.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Maximising warehouse efficiency by implementing effective workflow strategies and streamlining processes.
  • Coordinating resources and prioritising tasks to meet inbound and outbound deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensuring cost-effective logistics and fulfilment practices that enable budgeted KPIs.
  • Recruiting, training, and leading a team of 2-4 warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Assisting with picking, packing, and dispatching functions, including QA and accurate inventory management.
  • Collaborating with leadership to align warehouse operations with business goals and drive future growth.
  • Ensuring adherence to health & safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

About You

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a senior warehousing/logistics role.
  • Industry knowledge and connections to professional associations.
  • Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Expertise in logistics, inventory control, and warehouse systems, including WISE (WMS) and REX (POS) experience.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A continuous improvement approach and keen eye for process optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and best practices in warehouse management.
