Mental Health Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Mental Health Support Workers to provide high-quality support to adults requiring assistance within their homes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be patient and understanding, and demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of mental health principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support to adults with mental health needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and household management
  • Encourage and facilitate community access and engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in mental health or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Nursing, Community Services)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
