As a Renewable Solutions Specialist specialising in Contaminated Site Remediation, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, working on projects that drive sustainable solutions and make a significant impact on communities and the environment.

About this Role:

  • You will assist in the design and implementation of remediation solutions across various sectors, including Oil and Gas, transport, manufacturing, and industrial sites.
  • Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed environmental site assessments, analysing data from soil, groundwater, soil vapour, ambient air, sediment, and surface water.
  • You will support remediation projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality fieldwork execution.
  • You will prepare technical reports such as Validation ESA's, RAPs, and more, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • You will collaborate with experienced technical specialists and auditors to develop effective remediation measures.
  • You will contribute to the mentorship of junior staff and support them in project scoping, design, installation, and evaluation of remediation solutions.
  • You will build strong client relationships and assist in managing projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • You will participate in the development and growth of the local team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Requirements:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in contaminated site remediation.
  • You bring solid knowledge of soil and groundwater contaminants and experience with remediation strategies.
  • You understand WHS Regulations and have some experience in a similar role.
  • You possess skills in contaminated land sampling, investigation methodologies, and remediation technologies.
  • You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental engineering, science, geology, or related fields.
  • You have a current Australian Driver's Licence and familiarity with local regulations on contaminated sites.
  • You are keen to develop your skills and contribute to the growth of the team.
