The Opportunity

As a compassionate caregiver, you will provide high-quality daily care services for residents, promoting their independence and well-being. You will build strong relationships with residents, their families, and your colleagues to ensure exceptional care outcomes.

Your Role:

  • Deliver safe and effective daily personal care tailored to each resident's needs
  • Ensure kind, caring, and respectful personal care that supports residents' choice and independence
  • Assist residents and the community with tasks including medical & personal support, domestic cleaning, and general admin duties
  • Support residents with recreational and social activities
  • Be passionate, trustworthy, reliable, and enjoy connecting with residents, colleagues, and the wider community

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, Health Services Assistance or equivalent (required)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
  • Current Police Check clearance (required)
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required)
