Teaching Opportunity in a Rural Setting

We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join our team in a rural area of New South Wales. The ideal candidate will be committed to their faith and passionate about teaching with excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a collaborative member of our staff team, working effectively with colleagues to provide a supportive learning environment.
  • Demonstrate high-level communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the Christian ethos of our school, participating fully in its academic, pastoral, and co-curricular life.
  • Pursue ongoing professional learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with best practices in education.
  • Hold a current Working with Children's Check.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications as a teacher, with knowledge and understanding of NESA syllabus documents.
  • Ability to effectively implement teaching programs, catering for student differences and needs.
  • Skill and understanding in differentiating the curriculum, making adjustments to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Competence in assessing student learning against the NESA K-10 A-E Performance Standards.
  • Able to establish a safe, settled, and supportive learning environment.
