Print Operations Specialist

The Print Production Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the end-to-end execution of print production and point-of-sale (POS) materials. Working closely with the Production Buyer and broader creative and client services teams, this role focuses on coordination, logistics, quality assurance, and supplier communication to deliver high-quality, cost-effective print solutions on time.
Responsibilities- Coordinate sampling, ordering, and delivery of store POS and marketing collateral.
- Support Production Buyers in sourcing vendors and obtaining quotes for print and packaging needs.
- Assist with ebidding processes, inclusive of raising PO's and collating vendor evidence.
- Track production timelines and update stakeholders on progress, proactively flagging risks or delays.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure final collateral meets specifications and quality standards.
- Manage distribution of collateral to stores, ensuring accuracy in quantities, formats, and dimensions per location.
- Assist with packaging production logistics, including approvals, material specs, and sample coordination.
- Maintain production documentation and supplier records for smooth project handover and close-out.
- Assist in budget tracking, cost estimates, and invoice approvals.
- Contribute to research on new materials, print methods, and POS innovations as directed by Production Buyers.
- Support quality control processes by checking creative output against production requirements.
