Job Opportunity: Deliver Exceptional Nursing Care to Clients

Job Description

As a Casual Community Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and administer the delivery of nursing care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree of Nursing
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Current Australian National Police check
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • WWCC (or willing to obtain)
  • A smart mobile phone (iPhone/Android)
  • Driver's licence with a registered and comprehensively insured vehicle

Additionally, you will need to have:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously or within a team environment
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Experience with Catheter and Stoma care is essential

Preferred Skills:

  • Problem solving, decision making, and negotiation skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
  • Passion for community care and ability to work effectively with people from differing cultural backgrounds
  • At least 2-3 years' experience working within the community care sector
  • Responsible delivery of medication
  • Proficiency and confidence in using technology daily
