Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve commercial excellence capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and inspire innovation.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging your knowledge of lean principles and business process modeling.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from business subject matter authorities to executive committees.
• Drive gap analysis, future-state design, and implementation execution – including definition of requirements and testing to ensure solutions deliver the expected impact, in close collaboration with business and technology team members.

Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven track record of driving transformational change and delivering results in complex global environments.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
• Experience working in regulated environments, with a strong understanding of business process modeling and process mining solutions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum frameworks a plus.
• Prosci certifications a plus.
• Master's degree in business, engineering, science, or supply chain discipline.
