Transform Your Nursing Career with Our Specialty Practice Program

A level 3 tertiary intensive care unit is seeking highly motivated nurses to undertake a 12 month professional development program. This structured education offering supports transitional pathways to Intensive Care for junior nurses with recent experience in acute medical and surgical nursing.

The 12 month program follows a well-established framework which provides ongoing training and development opportunities. You will work collaboratively with the Clinical Education team who have extensive experience delivering successful education programs.

Your role will involve working with patients requiring complex, multisystem support. The ICU has a strong research and teaching culture and offers ward support via the Critical Care Outreach team.
