**Estimated Annual Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a cloud-driven, SaaS-based IT environment, focusing on IT support, system administration, and process improvement.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance IT systems and support business operations across ERP, inventory, and manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Support and Process Optimization: Provide high-quality IT support, with an emphasis on process optimization and understanding business workflows.
  • Cloud Management: Manage cloud-based IT systems and integrations, primarily NetSuite ERP.
  • Ticketing System Administration: Administer ticketing systems (e.g., ManageEngine/Zoho), including onboarding processes and resolving technical issues.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Project Leadership: Lead IT projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Process Development: Develop and document internal processes, assist with compliance, and manage API integrations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Handle report development and manage the Power BI reporting platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're seeking a proactive team player with a background in B2B business environments. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Hands-on experience as an IT System Administrator, preferably in a cloud-driven environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and tenancy/domain migrations. Experience with Microsoft Azure and MySQL/MsSQL databases.
  • ERP and SaaS Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and SaaS environments.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
