About This Role

Only About Children is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team at our Penrith campus. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Delivery: Ensure the Oac Grow curriculum is delivered at the highest standard, promoting children's learning and development.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and ongoing records of children's development, program, and daily information.
  • Team Collaboration: Facilitate a collaborative work environment, supporting educators and promoting a One Team approach.
  • Learning Environments: Create inspiring, interesting, and age-appropriate learning environments that promote children's curiosity and exploration.
  • Family Partnerships: Form meaningful partnerships with families to achieve the best outcomes for each individual child.
  • Primary Care-Giving Approach: Focus on providing a Primary Care-Giving Approach that prioritizes children's physical, emotional, and social needs.
Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood teaching or ACECQA equivalent.
  • NESA Accreditation: Hold NESA accreditation.
  • Working With Children Check: Possess a valid Working With Children Check.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a cooperative team player attitude, enjoying working in a cohesive environment.
  • Passion for Early Childhood Education: Show a strong passion for early childhood education and supporting the needs of children as individuals.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Planning and Programming Experience: Have experience in planning and programming for children's learning and development.
