Leadership Role in Treasury Operations

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead our treasury operations, overseeing cash management, FX risk, compliance, and process optimisation across our global footprint.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of treasury functions including cash flow management, FX hedging, bank relationships, and daily transactions across jurisdictions.
  • Lead the team by providing strategic direction, coaching and daily support across global operations.
  • Ensure accurate treasury reporting for management and regulatory bodies, and support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and improve treasury accounting controls, ensuring all records are audit-ready.
  • Manage global chargebacks, bank guarantees, EFTPOS setups, and credit card controls.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Retail Operations and IT to ensure integrated business processes.
  • Evaluate and implement treasury systems and automation tools to enhance transparency and efficiency.
About You:
  • You bring significant experience in treasury, ideally within a multi-country or retail environment.
  • You possess strong financial acumen, with knowledge of FX risk management, accounting standards, and banking processes.
  • You're confident leading teams and providing mentorship to drive performance and accountability.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at juggling priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • You are analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working with ERP systems, banking platforms, and financial reporting tools.
  • You have a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset, and enjoy working cross-functionally to solve challenges.
