As the Director of Home Care Services, you will be responsible for overseeing home care operations and leading a team of experienced managers. Your role will involve ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered, fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff, and driving continuous improvement within the organisation.

The Role:
  • Fantastic salary package on offer - up to $170,000
  • Permanent, full-time role: Monday - Friday
  • Oversee a growing client base across New South Wales
  • You will be based in Head Office in Sydney with occasional travel to Melbourne (monthly)
  • Become a part of a renowned Aged Care Provider that delivers both Residential and Home Care Services
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration: highly desirable
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the Home Care or Aged Care sector
  • In-depth knowledge of home care regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and efficient resource allocation
  • Experience in sales is a plus, or a proven ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for business growth
