Job Description: Digital Activation Manager (SEM)

The Digital Activation Manager (SEM) will be responsible for managing the execution of day-to-day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social and programmatic. This role will work across a tier one financial services/banking client in our Melbourne office and will have a large focus on SEM campaigns with exposure across paid social and programmatic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day to day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social and programmatic
  • Work with clients on campaign briefs, building responses and channel strategies that are relevant with the support of the Activation Account Director
  • Oversee the setup of campaigns and trading in all platforms, completing data and trend analysis to improve overall performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs
  • Manage and lead a team of high performing Executives and Assistants, mentoring them and helping them to grow
  • Own and maintain strong client, partner and internal agency relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position across digital activation or biddable
  • SEM experience is a must
  • Experience on tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Google, Sizmek, Youtube Ads etc
  • Experience managing a small team and mentoring junior members of staff
  • Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
