Senior Data Analytics Developer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Developer to join our dynamic team in Australia. As a key member of our analytics department, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
About the Role
In this position, you will collaborate closely with Product and Business stakeholders to create innovative data analytics solutions. Your expertise will be essential in understanding their data needs and strategic goals, and developing robust data pipelines for seamless integration and transformation of data from diverse sources.
You will design and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders, using best practices in data visualization to clearly and effectively communicate complex findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product and Business teams to understand their data needs and strategic goals.
- Create robust data analytics solutions that effectively extract, process, and analyze data.
- Build and enhance data pipelines for seamless integration and transformation of data from diverse sources.
- Design and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Use best practices in data visualization to clearly and effectively communicate complex findings.
- Work closely within the team to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with Product teams in agile planning and iterative development processes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience working with analytics and databases, with a strong understanding of data manipulation and analysis.
- 3+ years working in Agile environment, ensuring efficient project management and delivery.
- 3+ years of experience with ETL technologies for data integration and transformation.
- Demonstrated experience with analytics platforms such as Snowflake, PowerBI, and Jasper.
