Night Shift Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team at our new Glendale Lodge facility.

  • Permanent Part-Time positions available.
  • Making a difference by providing respectful care to residents.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, fostering warmth and relationships with our residents.

You will provide personal and daily care respecting residents' dignity (e.g., showering, shaving, assisting with meals, general movements).

The successful candidate will be able to assist with activities under supervision, supporting residents to continue engaging in activities they enjoy.

Candidates must be available to work shifts between 11:15 pm and 7:15 am, Monday to Sunday.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or undertaking RN training.
  • Physical ability to perform required duties safely.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Genuine desire to help others.
  • Understanding of BaptistCare's Christian values and promoting them.
