Key Responsibilities- Working solely in litigation across various teams and dispute types, drafting affidavits, pleadings, and defences, and reviewing client documents to provide initial advice.
- Organising and attending client conferences, obtaining FOI documents from the ATO, and conducting strategic legal research on niche legal points.
- Drafting briefs to counsel and collaborating on evidence analysis, leading execution roles on smaller matters, and working directly with directors and practice leads.
The ideal candidate is a final year law student or recent law graduate with an interest in a litigation career. They should be curious, empathetic, and able to challenge accepted norms in the legal industry.
