The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Construction Project Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the project plan and budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during the project.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
