About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Demand and Supply Planner to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and minimizing excess inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the sales forecast process to ensure accuracy and consistency with global processes.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand commercial plans and their impact on volumes.
- Update forecast planning systems promptly and accurately.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage local S&OP processes and coordinate with different business functions.
- Lead customer collaboration meetings and analyze stock movement.
- Liaise with sales and vendors to determine order lead times and quantities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in demand planning/forecasting role.
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
