Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Clinical Pilates Professional to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time opportunity with a guaranteed caseload, excellent earning potential, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead reformer-based and rehabilitation-focused Pilates sessions in our Blue Diamond location.
  • Deliver a mix of Clinical Pilates and Studio Pilates, supporting clients with injury rehabilitation, mobility improvements, and athletic performance.
  • Develop and implement tailored exercise programs that support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
  • Provide movement education, posture correction, and injury prevention strategies to clients.
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists and other health professionals to ensure integrated, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate client records and apply evidence-based practices to your sessions.
Requirements
  • A current diploma in Clinical Pilates or eagerness to study and obtain Clinical Pilates certification.
  • Experience in rehabilitation, injury prevention, or performance-based Pilates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
  • Someone committed to a full-time role with a minimum 2-year contract.
