Job Description

Care workers play a vital role in assisting residents with activities of daily living, including social and communal needs. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who can provide quality care to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Aged Care, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. They will also be responsible for maintaining continuity of care by reading and following care plans, completing domestic duties as required, and communicating resident care needs to supervisors on a daily basis.
